Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and friendly Receptionist to serve as the welcoming face of our organization. In this vital role, you will manage front desk operations, handle multi-line phone systems, and provide exceptional customer service to visitors and clients. Note: This position will be a 20 Hour work week working 10:00am - 3:00pm Monday – Thursday and have Fridays off!

Responsibilities
- Answers all incoming calls, directs calls and takes messages and forwards calls as needed.
- Welcomes, assists, and directs all consumers and visitors as needed.
- Keeps office area clean and organized.
- Keeps hospitality items such as coffee, cups, condiments etc…stocked and available in branch offices.
- Check staff schedules on Google calendar throughout the day to forward calls appropriately.
- Replenish necessary packages/folders for programs
- Information and Referral tracking
- Prepares, files and mails correspondence, and provides various typing/computer applications for manager and/or coordinator and program staff.
- Maintains office and consumer filing.
- Conducts all janitorial/housekeeping duties in Brainerd.
- Operates office equipment as needed including computer, copy machine, facsimile.
- Receives office supplies and checks package invoices.
- Assure office supplies are stocked as needed and check package invoices.
Skills
- Knowledge of general secretarial practices and procedures.
- Knowledge of various forms of office equipment and its operation.
- Knowledge of computer operations.
- Ability to perform multiple tasks and maintain a definite schedule.
- Ability to maintain effective working relationships with both consumers and co-workers.
- Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing.
- Skill in the performance of various forms of secretarial operations.
