Key Responsibilities
- Greet and seat guests promptly with warmth and professionalism.
- Provide knowledgeable and attentive table service, including taking orders, delivering food/beverages, and checking on guest satisfaction.
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with recipes and responsible service guidelines.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of bar and dining areas, including restocking supplies and performing side work.
- Accurately enter orders into POS system and handle cash/credit transactions.
- Follow community and restaurant policies regarding responsible alcohol service.
- Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely, accurate service.
- Engage with community members, fostering a welcoming, neighborly atmosphere.
- Adhere to health, safety, and sanitation standards at all times.
- Previous experience as a server and/or bartender preferred.
- Knowledge of basic drink preparation and cocktail recipes.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure.
- Strong team player with a positive, community-minded attitude.
- Must meet legal age requirements to serve alcohol.
- Ability to stand, walk, lift up to 25 lbs, and work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
