Personal Care Attendant – DMH Services
Location: Savannah, Missouri
Part-Time | Monday & Wednesday, 3:00 PM–6:00 PM
Access II Independent Living Center is currently seeking a dependable and compassionate Personal Care Attendant to provide support to an individual receiving DMH services in Savannah, Missouri.
Current Schedule Needed:
Monday: 3:00 PM–6:00 PM
Wednesday: 3:00 PM–6:00 PM
We are specifically looking to fill these hours; however, additional hours and other assignments may be available for applicants interested in working a larger schedule.
Responsibilities may include:
- Assisting with activities of daily living and personal care needs
- Providing support with household and daily routines
- Encouraging independence and community involvement
- Following the individual's care plan and service requirements
- Completing required documentation accurately and on time
- Providing dependable, respectful, person-centered support
