About the position
Responsibilities
• Partner with ES colleagues to establish priorities and provide strategic direction and leadership to the Employee Success (ES) team.
• Align people strategies with organizational goals, providing strategic counsel on talent planning, organizational design, leadership development, and change management.
• Work with the Talent Acquisition team to attract top talent and develop the Access brand in the marketplace.
• Manage excellent employee relations, including swift conflict resolution and performance management.
• Oversee the administration of employee benefits, including leave, health benefits, and wellbeing programs.
• Manage compensation strategies to ensure competitive pay strategy and structures.
• Encourage continuous learning and deliver development opportunities for employees at all levels.
• Champion diversity and inclusion initiatives to create a welcoming and equitable workplace.
• Establish and enhance ES policies and procedures to ensure compliance with legal regulations and industry best practices.
Requirements
• Currently working in an ES Director or ES Business Partner role with strong communication and engagement skills across a range of geographies and cultures.
• Experienced working within a fast-paced environment (ideally technology), with ever-changing priorities.
• Experienced in establishing and managing an ES team with a combination of hard-wired and matrixed direct reports at various levels of seniority.
• Demonstrated ability to influence, challenge and engage stakeholders at all levels of seniority.
• Resourceful, meticulous, and able to manage ambiguity and prioritize across multiple stakeholder groups.
• Prepared to go outside of your comfort zone and be ready to fail fast.
• Resilient and comfortable with transparency, ambiguity, and change.
