- Coaching individuals through daily activities that promote growth and self-sufficiency
- Supporting skill development in areas such as communication, job readiness, and personal care
- Encouraging confidence and advocating for self-determination
- Collaborating with a compassionate, multidisciplinary team
- Tracking progress and celebrating every win—big or small
- A heart for people and a desire to serve
- Reliability, creativity, and a positive attitude
- Great communication and teamwork skills
- High school diploma or GED required
- Experience working with individuals with disabilities is a plus but not required—we’ll train the right person!
