Here’s What You’ll Be Doing

• Lead and Manage Projects: Direct and oversee the planning, execution, and finalization of departmental and organizational projects, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.
• Develop Detailed Work Plans: Create comprehensive work plans that identify necessary activities, resources, and objectives, while mapping complex dependencies across workstreams.
• Monitor Progress and Adjust Plans: Track project milestones and deliverables, adjusting resources and plans as needed to meet customer needs effectively.
• Facilitate Stakeholder Communication: Ensure clear and consistent communication with all stakeholders regarding project status, scope, budget, and risks.
• Implement Risk Management Strategies: Identify potential risks and create contingency plans to address functional, quality, and timeline issues as they arise.
  
  

Here’s what our ideal candidate has:

• Education: High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Experience: At least 5 years of project management experience, ideally in software-related projects.
• Skills:
• Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project).
• Intermediate to advanced proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Experience with JIRA, Confluence, and Microsoft Teams.
• Certifications: Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is preferred.
