Here's What You'll Be Doing
- Lead the strategy, roadmap, and ongoing enhancement of advanced analytics, machine learning, and AI-driven healthcare products that identify patient risk and improve intervention outcomes.
- Collaborate with data scientists, engineers, clinicians, and product stakeholders to design, develop, validate, deploy, and optimize predictive models and analytical solutions.
- Serve as the voice of the customer by building strong relationships with healthcare organizations, understanding their business priorities, and translating needs into impactful product capabilities.
- Drive successful product implementations and adoption initiatives, ensuring customers achieve measurable clinical, operational, and financial results.
- Establish performance frameworks, success metrics, and continuous improvement processes to evaluate product effectiveness and maximize customer value.
- 5 years of experience working with data science, machine learning, AI, or advanced analytics products in a healthcare-related environment.
- 3 years of experience leading product management, analytics implementation, client transformation, or customer success initiatives.
- Experience partnering with health plans, healthcare systems, pharmacy organizations, population health programs, or related healthcare stakeholders.
- Strong understanding of healthcare economics, patient risk identification, predictive analytics, and data-driven decision-making.
- Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into actionable business insights.
- Proven ability to work effectively in fast-paced, evolving environments with a high degree of ownership and accountability.
- Experience collaborating across cross-functional teams including engineering, clinical, analytics, operations, and executive leadership.
- Familiarity with digital health, healthcare technology, pharmacy benefit management, specialty pharmacy, or related healthcare innovation sectors.
- Startup, high-growth, or entrepreneurial experience is a plus.
