Here’s What You’ll Be Doing
- Drive product vision, strategy, and full lifecycle delivery for two enterprise AI solutions supporting HR and Finance/Procurement functions
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to define requirements, prioritize features, and ensure alignment with business goals and value metrics
- Lead product discovery, prototyping, pilot programs, and large-scale rollouts while ensuring continuous improvement
- Partner with data science and engineering teams to deploy and optimize AI/ML models for performance, scalability, and business impact
- Monitor product performance through KPIs and OKRs, providing regular updates on progress, risks, and outcomes to leadership
- 8 years of product management or related experience, including at least 3 years in a dedicated Product Manager role
- Strong understanding of AI/ML concepts and product lifecycle management, including deployment and monitoring
- Experience working with HR systems, finance, or procurement technologies in enterprise environments
- Proven ability to manage stakeholders across technical and non-technical teams
- Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
