About the Role
The Digital Marketing Specialist will support the execution of digital marketing initiatives to drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and conversion. This role focuses on performance-driven campaigns and management of key digital channels to support business growth.
Job Description
- Execute digital marketing campaigns across paid, owned, and earned channels, including Meta, Google, social media, website, and landing pages
- Support customer acquisition and retention through performance marketing, CRM, and lifecycle campaigns
- Manage and optimize digital customer touchpoints, including website content, landing pages, email flows, and campaign assets
- Track and analyze campaign performance metrics such as traffic, conversion, CAC, ROAS, and engagement, and recommend improvements
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams including product, medical, regulatory, design, and sales
- Manage communication with external partners such as agencies, media vendors, and freelancers
- Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and audience insights
- Prepare performance reports and provide insights on campaign effectiveness and customer behavior
Requirements & Qualification
- 2 years of experience in digital marketing, performance marketing, or growth marketing
- Experience using analytics and marketing tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, or CRM/email platforms
- Strong analytical skills and ability to manage multiple projects
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field
- Experience in Beauty, Wellness, or Healthcare preferred
- Familiarity with medical or expert-driven communication is a plus
