As Digital Marketing Specialist Lead within our Digital team, you will be part of the Established Products team that safeguards and drives the growth of Sanofi's core brand product portfolio essential therapeutics spanning insulin, oncology, cardiometabolic care, and more. These treatments form the backbone of the company and serve thousands of patients who rely on them for their health and well-being.

Operating under a digital pureplay business model, this team prioritizes innovation and creativity, ensuring continuous advancement in how these critical products are delivered and experienced. Sanofi is seeking a versatile and detail-oriented Marketing Specialist to join our I & EP (Insulins & Established Products) Digital Marketing team. This role serves as critical support for the full spectrum of marketing activities, from content development and regulatory review through campaign execution and performance analysis.

The ideal candidate will combine strong analytical capabilities with exceptional organizational skills and a deep understanding of pharmaceutical marketing compliance to support our mission of delivering innovative healthcare solutions to patients. This position offers a unique opportunity to gain broad exposure across all facets of pharmaceutical marketing operations, including paid media management, MLR (Medical, Legal, Regulatory) review coordination, congress and event support, content lifecycle management, and comprehensive data analytics.

Main Responsibilities

  • MLR Review Support & Compliance Coordination: Support the end-to-end MLR review process for all marketing materials, ensuring timely submission, tracking, and approval of content across digital and traditional channels
  • Congress & Event Support: Support the planning and preparation of congress and medical meeting activities, including material development timelines, booth logistics, and promotional asset coordination, along with coordinating with vendors, event teams, and internal stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of all congress materials and assets
  • Data, Analytics & Performance Measurement: Provide analytical support during media planning phases, including audience analysis and channel recommendations, and monitor performance to recommend tactical optimizations to improve campaign efficiency
  • Content Performance Analytics: Report on content engagement metrics including views, downloads, time on page, and conversion rates, while identifying high-performing content themes and formats to inform content strategy and development priorities
  • Insights Generation: Synthesize data from multiple sources to generate holistic insights about marketing effectiveness, and support the broader marketing team in understanding and leveraging data for strategic decision-making


Education

  • Bachelor's degree required (preferably in marketing, business, or a related field).
  • Advanced degree preferred (MBA, MS, or related).


About You

  • 2 years of experience in marketing operations, digital marketing or related role.
  • Strong understanding of digital platforms and web analytics tools (Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics).
  • Familiarity with LLMs and AI tools for content development and process innovation.


Preferred Qualifications

  • Healthcare, pharmaceutical, or regulated industry experience strongly preferred.
  • Working knowledge of Veeva and MLR review processes and pharmaceutical compliance requirements.
  • Experience with data visualization platforms (Tableau, Power BI, Looker).
  • Experience supporting event or congress logistics in a corporate or healthcare setting.
  • Experience with marketing mix modeling and multi-touch attribution analysis.
