Mortgage Loan Processor - Administrative Assistant Company: Access 1 Properties, Inc.The Mortgage Loan Processor - Administrative Assistant will provide crucial operational and administrative support, primarily focused on loan processing, lender communications, and pipeline management. This position requires a high degree of precision, attention to detail, and a commitment to continuous process improvement. Core ResponsibilitiesLoan Scenario Analysis & Generation: Run detailed loan scenarios to assess various financing options. Gather and analyze client data from Floify and LeadMailbox entries to generate tailored loan options, supporting the sales and underwriting process.Lender Identification & Vetting: Utilize Access 1 Properties’ Loan Filtration System and Janover to accurately input loan criteria and client information. Identify and vet suitable lenders for specific loan requests and coordinate communication as necessary.Loan Request Distribution: Generate and distribute comprehensive loan requests to multiple companies via the Loan Filtration System and Janover. Manage and send these requests to various lenders using Constant Contact, leveraging pre-designed or newly created templates.Pipeline Management & Reporting: Monitor, track, and record all replies from lenders in the All Loans pipeline for detailed comparison and analysis. Ensure timely follow-up, maintain accurate records, and organize lender responses to facilitate informed decision-making.Term Sheet Coordination: When lender comparisons are narrowed, proactively gather term sheets from the final two or three options for the sales manager's review. Assist in coordinating communication and negotiating terms as directed to secure the most favorable outcome for the client.Management Presentation: Secure and organize the most competitive lender offers and term sheets, and prepare them for presentation to the sales manager for final review and next steps.Process Improvement & Innovation: Drive continuous improvement by researching, identifying, and implementing innovative processes or solutions related to loan processing and administrative tasks. Collaborate with upper management (e.g., Marketing Director, Sales Manager) to ensure alignment with company goals.Project Support & Collaboration: Be flexible to take on additional tasks and responsibilities as projects arise. Collaborate closely with Curtis Collins until projects are successfully completed.Office & Administrative Support: Manage general administrative needs for the organization, including overseeing core office operations and supporting various departments. Assist in identifying when new hires are necessary to meet evolving departmental requirements.
