LCPC / LCSW / LPC / LMFT – Contract Therapist (Hybrid)
Location: Westmont, IL
Position: 1099 Independent Contractor | Flexible Schedule
Small, growing private practice seeking a licensed therapist to provide in-person and telehealth services. Join a team of three clinicians with diverse specialties, including substance use, anxiety/depression, couples/family work, and adolescents.
What You’ll Do:
- Provide individual, couples, and family therapy
- Conduct assessments and maintain documentation (SimplePractice EHR)
- Treat anxiety, depression, substance use, and trauma
Qualifications:
- Active Illinois license (LCPC, LCSW, LPC, LMFT)
- Master’s degree in a related field
- Strong clinical, documentation, and communication skills
- Able to work independently and manage your own schedule
Compensation & Perks:
- 65/35 split (clinician/practice)
- Weekly pay (as claims/invoices clear)
