Job Description Key Responsibilities

• Verify Insurance Information: Confirm that a policy is active and covers the specifics of a claim.
• Process Claims: Approve or decline claims based on policy terms and coverage details.
• Data Entry & Record Keeping: Accurately input data into computer systems and maintain detailed records of all verification processes.
• Communicate with Stakeholders: Liaise with insurance carriers, claimants, and other third parties to gather necessary information and resolve discrepancies.
• Analyze Policy Details: Understand and interpret insurance policy terms to determine coverage for specific claims.
• Ensure Compliance: Uphold departmental policies, procedures, and integrity policies related to claims processing.
