Job Description
ACCEPT Education Collaborative is a regional non-profit educational organization located in Natick, MA. ACCEPT provides a wide range of programs and services including special education for students with moderate to severe needs, specialized transportation, home-based services, behavioral and educational consultation, and professional development. Our programs address autism spectrum disorders, emotional/behavioral needs, global impairments, cognitive/intellectual disabilities, language disorders, ADHD/ADD, and nonverbal learning disabilities.
We are looking for Home-Based Supervisors to provide consultation & training to parents in the skills necessary to maximize social, behavioral and educational functioning of their children at home and in the community. This position also provides supervision to direct therapists. This is a part-time position. This is NOT a remote position.

Job Duties
Provide supervision to direct therapists and consultation to parents regarding a student’s educational, behavioral and social services for children aged 3 – 22 in the home.
Report to and collaborate with the Home-based Services Coordinator
Design programming and interventions incorporating as much research design as possible to be captured in a Parent Contract with appropriate and measurable home-based goals
Implement and train others to implement behavior change procedures (e.g., discrete trials, Incidental teaching, differential reinforcement, shaping, task analyses, antecedent and consequent controls, self- management, etc.)
Model techniques and strategies for the parents
Create data collections systems based on the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis, so as to effectively summarize data for services being implemented
Monitor progress and make modifications as needed.
Recommend any needed changes in programming and document recommendations on each home visit
Maintain accurate clinical session notes for activities performed during on-site session
Write progress reports as per the schedule indicated in the Parent Contract
Participate in professional development opportunities throughout the year
Have access to email and forward all/respond to email communications with the Home-Based Services Coordinator and parents in a timely fashion
Consult and follow up with staff and parents on behavioral and programing matters
Collaborate with students’ team members (school personnel, other home providers) as needed
Such other responsibilities and duties as assigned by the supervisor
Communicate with families and direct therapists on Covid-10 protocols and procedures and report non-adherence of protocols to the Home-Services Coordinator.
Qualifications
Minimum of a Master’s degree or currently enrolled in a Master's degree (undergoing supervision) from an accredited college or university
Preferred current certification by the Behavior Analysis Certification Board (BCBA) or licensed Applied behavior Analyst (LABA) or be in the process of doing fieldwork towards a BCBA/LABA. Individuals pursuing their BCBA are under the weekly supervision of a licensed LABA/BCBA
The Home-Based Supervisor position is part time and held in the after-school hours. Supervision from a BCBA for those currently working towards certification MAY be available.
