Key Responsibilities:
As a Full Stack Engineer, you will be responsible for developing and engineering the end-to-end features of a system, ranging from user experience to backend code.
Your day-to-day activities will involve using your development skills to deliver innovative solutions that enhance the services provided to clients.
You will leverage new technologies with a cloud-first and agile mindset to address complex business challenges.
You are expected to perform independently and become a subject matter expert.
Active participation and contribution in team discussions are required, along with providing solutions to work-related problems.
Advanced proficiency in Release Management, Software Quality Assurance (SQA), Application Lifecycle Management (ALM), and Python (Programming Language) is suggested.
Demonstrate the ability to independently manage and deliver assigned development tasks with high quality and efficiency.
Identify and analyze recurring technical challenges to propose effective and sustainable solutions.
Collaborate closely with team members to share knowledge and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
Apply best practices in software development to ensure robust, scalable, and maintainable code.
Engage proactively in team discussions to influence project outcomes and support collective goals.
This role requires working onsite with the client 3 days per week in Charlotte, NC or Pennington, NJ*
Basic Qualifications:
Minimum 5 years of work experience with advanced proficiency in React.js, advanced proficiency in Release Management, Software Quality Assurance SQA, and Application Lifecycle Management ALM
Proficient in Linux, Tomcat, Oracle, IIS, Windows, and .NET
Good development skills in Java, J2EE, Kafka, Rest /SOAP services
Experience applying enterprise standards for solution design, coding, and quality
Influence Solution Design
Technical Strategy Development
Associate's Degree
Preferred Qualifications:
Advanced proficiency in Node.js is recommended
Python Programming Language is suggested
