Job Summary
The Associate Producer, Interactive supports the Interactive Production Department in executing interactive projects, coordinating the efforts of cross-functional teams and prioritizing project tasks.
Job Responsibilities
Attend creative briefings and assist Interactive Producers in managing production budgets, timelines and resourcing for assigned social projects
Work with more senior producers and other disciplines (Account Management, Strategy, Project Management, Creative, UX, Design, Interactive Technology etc.) to help determine scope and project requirements and collaboratively contribute to strategic, creative and design development phases
Use your interest and curiosity for emerging technologies, industry and cultural trends and ability to advocate their use on projects when applicable
Research trends and best practices to provide ongoing inspiration and references across emerging technologies and new media to supplement creative thinking during creative development and throughout production
Help define resource needs and create project budgets, plans and timelines with supervision from more senior Producers and Heads of Interactive Production
Prioritize project tasks and manage independent deliverables of the project team to ensure project is delivered on time and on budget
Work with more senior producers to help select, coordinate, negotiate and manage efforts of outside vendors
Assist with management of content creation, asset collection and organization
Manage quality assurance and testing efforts
Work with Business Affairs and internal legal to cover the legal aspects of a project
Basic Qualifications
6 months experience in production or related field (can be related study/internship)
Preferred Qualifications
Great interest in the industry, interactive/experiential marketing and the production landscape
Knowledge of digital campaign execution/coordination, web development, AI
Familiarity of various Internet technologies (HTML, HTML5, JavaScript, etc.) and ability to effectively communicate with vendors and staff and to properly spec out and manage project components
Collaborative and team oriented, with a strong desire to learn and grow
Self-motivated, driven and entrepreneurial nature and ability to solve for problems and new processes and client/team needs
Ability to multitask, manage multiple and simultaneous projects and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment
Excellent written, verbal, time-management and communication skills; Excellent research skills
Have a strong point of view and the ability to think through the approach to a project from start to finish
Experience working with Photoshop, Google docs, MS Word and Excel and any existing software development knowledge is a bonus!
Flexibility to travel when needed
Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. As required by local law, Accenture provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in California, Colorado, District of Columbia, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New York or Washington as set forth below.
