About the Role
We are seeking qualified contractors to fulfill the role of an Data Reporting Analyst, who will leverage their Data Reporting experience, customer service skills, problem solving, and attention to detail to deliver a positive client experience. The right candidate will enjoy building relationships with customers, adapt quickly to change, and demonstrate grit that will inspire others to strive for superior results. This opportunity is open to individuals located in the Madison Heights, MI and surrounding areas.
Additionally, the project hours of operations will be Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Eastern Time. This position is 100% Onsite
Contractors will be engaged and paid by a third-party payroll supplier, ETeams, which will serve as the employer of record for tax and compliance purposes.
Key Responsibilities
Core Duties
- Develop and maintain core data reporting infrastructure
- Support iterative development of reports and dashboards
- Provide ad hoc reporting support to internal (Program Lead) and client teams
- Help identify emerging trends in return parts to improve PRC processes
- Leverage warehouse systems to maintain clear record of analysis as needed
- Utilize training resources and internal sites as required
- Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety by keeping work areas organized, following safety procedures, and reporting hazards
- Clear, concise communication of findings to internal stakeholders
Deliverables or Project Scope
- SWR Reporting Suite: Scheduled performance reports plus ad‑hoc analyses for internal leadership and client teams.
- Power BI Dashboards: Data models and visualizations that track recovery KPIs and operational throughput.
- Reconciliation Artifacts: Documentation and alignment of recovery metrics between internal systems and client records.
- Trend Insights: Findings on returned‑part defects and process bottlenecks; prioritized recommendations.
- Quality & SLA Compliance: Evidence and logs supporting PRC service levels and continuous improvement initiatives.
Collaboration Tools or Platforms
- Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams)
- Power BI & Power Query Editor (modeling, reporting, dashboards
- Internal training resources and sites (knowledge upkeep and process standards
- Warehouse systems (record‑keeping for inspected parts and operational tracking
- Snowflake (preferred for database management, if available).
- Microsoft Excel (advanced analytics: PivotTables, VLOOKUP, etc
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent
- 3–5 years of advanced data analytics experience
- 1-Year Advanced Excel skills (Pivot, VLOOKUP, etc.).
- 1-Year Advanced Power BI / Power Query skills (report creation, maintenance, data modeling
- Strong computer proficiency for data entry and report generation systems
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience and skills with Power Query Editor in Power BI
- Experience and skills with Snowflake for database management
- Data Architecture Experience

Compensation Disclosure
Compensation for contractor roles supporting Accenture is determined by the contractor’s employer ETeams, and varies depending on factors such as location, role, skill set, and experience.
