The Work
Lead with Strategy, Risk, and Compliance
- Deliver strategic maturity assessments, roadmaps, and integrated security and privacy programs aligned with clients' business and risk priorities.
- Work across global privacy and security frameworks (e.g., GDPR, CCPA, SOC 2, ISO 27001, PCI DSS).
- Help clients rationalize and optimize tooling and architecture choices-not just implement controls.
Engage Executives and Engineers Alike
- Confidently lead conversations with CISOs, Chief Privacy Officers, and other C-suite stakeholders.
- Partner directly with technical stakeholders-including engineering, product, and architecture teams-ensuring our recommendations are both technically feasible and innovative.
- Translate regulatory and policy requirements into product- and platform-aware solutions that make sense in build-heavy environments.
Drive AI-Enabled Transformation
- Bring an active interest in generative AI and a demonstrated track record of exploring, experimenting with, or implementing AI in the security or privacy domain.
- Help shape and deliver AI-enabled workflows that reimagine how risk, compliance, and privacy are operationalized.
- Collaborate with teams to define where human-AI teaming can bring disproportionate impact-especially in advisory, assurance, and reporting processes.

Here's what you need
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in cybersecurity and/or privacy, with exposure to both strategic and technical domains.
- Minimum of 8 years of strong working knowledge of key frameworks (SOC 2, ISO 27001, GDPR, etc.).
- Minimum of 8 years of prior consulting or advisory experience with Software and Platform industry/ clients, or an ability to thrive in engineering-driven environments.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years) work experience. (If Associate's Degree, must have minimum 6 years work experience)
Bonus Points if you have
- One or more preferred: CISSP, CISA, CIPP, CIPM, ISO 27001 Lead Implementer/Auditor.
