- You'll serve as the Owner’s Lead Representative/Construction Manager.
- You'll provide expertise in planning phasing and construction activities for a public transit facility that is a design-bid-build procurement with soil mitigation and new construction of the building (Orange County).
- You'll provide daily interface and management/oversight of the general contractor on site.
- You'll provide leadership and coordinate with the client and all internal and external stakeholders during the construction of the project.
- You'll provide supervision and management as it relates to assignments to CM staff.
- You'll perform any other duties assigned.
- Onsite at client site: The work location for this role is onsite with our clients and partners to enable delivery and cultivate our client relationships.
- 15-20 years of construction management experience of which at least 5-10 years are with transit facilities
- Licensed Professional Engineer in California
- Valid Driver's License and a clean driving record
- Ability to be on the construction site office (not hybrid or remote)
- In-depth understanding of a typical Transit agency’s operations and requirements
- Possess proactive and effective management skills
- Excellent communicator with collaborative problem-solving skills
- Orange County Public Agencies work desirable
- Graduation from a recognized college or university with a bachelor’s degree in Architecture Engineering or Construction Management
- Possession of a valid Certified Construction Manager (CCM)
