- You’ll lead and manage IT & Automation projects for BMS, FMS, and CUB systems, ensuring on-time, in-scope, and compliant delivery.
- You’ll serve as the main point of contact for assigned project tracks within the global IT/Automation team.
- You’ll collaborate with vendors (e.g., Siemens, Schneider) to oversee installation, integration, and commissioning activities.
- You’ll coordinate with contractors and internal teams to resolve issues and maintain project momentum.
- You’ll conduct quality checks and audits to ensure performance, compliance, and safety standards are met.
- You’ll manage project schedules, budgets, and resources, aligning all milestones with overall program plans.
- You’ll prepare and maintain detailed project documentation and progress reports for stakeholders.
- You’ll ensure adherence to regulatory, safety, and quality requirements across all phases of delivery.
- (For Senior PMs) You’ll lead complex projects, mentor junior PMs, and manage strategic risks and stakeholder engagement.
- Onsite at client site: The work location for this role is onsite with our clients and partners to enable delivery and cultivate our client relationships.
- With all our roles, there is some in-person time for collaboration, learning and building relationships with clients, peers, leaders and communities. As an employer, we will be as flexible as possible to support your specific work/life needs.
- 4 years of experience
- Proven record in project delivery using established PM methodologies.
- Experience managing facility control systems interfacing with Operational Technology (OT).
- Understanding of installation and commissioning for control systems.
- Proficiency in PM tools and schedule tracking.
- Strong communication and organization skills for cross-functional teams.
- Willingness to travel as needed.
- Experience in pharmaceutical or regulated environments.
- Familiarity with Siemens or Schneider systems and facility integration.
- Knowledge of regulatory and safety standards for pharma facilities.
- Analytical ability to assess progress and identify risks.
