THE WORK:
- Serve as the primary lead for major client accounts or a portfolio of smaller projects, ensuring exceptional service delivery and client satisfaction.
- Drive client retention, account expansion, and business development to support overall firm growth.
- Lead client presentations, negotiations, and fee proposal development and management.
- Identify and capitalize on new opportunities to grow the Cost Management service offering.
- Oversee financial performance — including revenue tracking, margin analysis, accounts receivable, and forecasting — to ensure profitability.
- Lead cost control strategies and provide expert guidance in capital planning, procurement, commercial management, and risk mitigation.
- Deliver value engineering and cost-saving recommendations that maintain quality and performance standards.
- Manage and develop a high-performing team through effective recruitment, mentoring, and training initiatives.
- Lead internal QA/QC reviews, post-project evaluations, and continuous improvement efforts to enhance quality and process efficiency.
- Champion operational excellence by monitoring KPIs and optimizing processes to improve performance.
- Represent the firm at industry events and act as a senior advisor, reinforcing the company’s brand reputation and leadership.
HERE’S WHAT YOU’LL NEED:
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Quantity Surveying, Architecture, or a related field.
- Minimum 10 years of progressive experience in Cost Management, with at least 3 years in a leadership capacity. Data Center Experience preferable
- Certifications (preferred): MRICS, CCP, PMP or equivalent.
Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. As required by local law, Accenture provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in Massachusetts, Illinois, Minnesota, California, Colorado, District of Columbia, Maryland, New York or Washington as set forth below.
