\n- You'll serve as the primary liaison between Airport IT project teams, Airport Operations, and key stakeholders.
- You'll facilitate alignment and communication across internal teams, airline partners, LAWA stakeholders, and contractors.
- You'll provide timely and accurate updates on project status, milestones, risks, and dependencies.
- You'll support coordination of IT project activities across multiple terminals to ensure consistency and awareness.
- You'll collaborate with stakeholders to identify potential operational impacts and support mitigation efforts through operational expertise.
- You'll coordinate and engage with contractors to support project execution, scheduling, and compliance with operational requirements.
- You'll participate in project meetings, site walks, and operational briefings to maintain situational awareness.
- You'll assist in tracking project progress, action items, and deliverables to support successful implementation.
- You'll support the integration of airport equipment and systems with IT infrastructure, ensuring alignment with operational needs.
- You'll identify risks, gaps, and coordination challenges, and escalate as appropriate.
- You'll foster strong working relationships across terminals and stakeholder groups to support efficient project delivery.
- Onsite at client site: The work location for this role is onsite with our clients and partners to enable delivery and cultivate our client relationships. May be required to work various shifts, including day, swing, and night.
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Aviation, Business, Engineering, Construction Management, Planning or other related technical field required
- 15 years or more experience, preferably on airport projects
- Experience with projects more than $100 million in value.
- Experience with various delivery methods, including Design-Bid-Build and Design/Build
- Proven experience in Airport Operations

Experience working in closely related fields such as airline operations, terminal management, and project management
- Master's degree preferred
- Relevant professional licensure and/or certification are strongly preferred. Certifications may include AAAE, LEED, PE, PMP, AICP, etc.

Exposure to or direct involvement in airport IT or infrastructure projects strongly preferred

Familiarity with LAX terminal projects and operational environment is a strong plus

Experience with LAWA is preferred for interacting with LAWA, City departments, contractors, and airlines
