Accentuate Staffing is seeking a SaaS Implementation Project Manager. This is a full-time/permanent position. We are ideally looking for someone with experience in leading SaaS Implementations, Client Interactions, and Project Management.
Responsibilities & Duties
- Project Leadership: Own the end-to-end implementation lifecycle for multiple concurrent mid-market and enterprise accounts.
- Stakeholder Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for client-side project leads and team members, managing expectations and maintaining momentum.
- Technical Discovery: Partner with internal teams to translate the "sold" vision into a detailed project plan, including data migration, integrations with client systems, and workflow mapping.
- Product Expertise: Become a power user of the platform to advise clients on best practices and creative workarounds for complex use cases.
- Change Management: Conduct training sessions and create documentation to ensure high user adoption across the client’s organization.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Act as the voice of the customer for the Product and Engineering teams, identifying recurring friction points in the onboarding process.
Requirements
- Experience: 3 years of project management experience, specifically within a B2B SaaS implementation or professional services environment.
- Technical Fluency: Comfort discussing technical concepts (e.g., SSO, APIs, data schemas) and proficiency with tools like Jira, Asana, or monday.com
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written skills; ability to distill complex technical steps into actionable business tasks.
- Problem Solving: A proactive approach to identifying project risks (misaligned expectations, scope creep, technical blockers) and implementing mitigation strategies.
- Adaptability: Proven ability to manage shifting priorities in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
