Responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor a multidisciplinary engineering team across electrical, mechanical, embedded software, and standards-focused disciplines
- Drive new product development and enhancements from concept through design, testing, and release
- Collaborate with commercial teams and customers to translate requirements into technical specifications and solutions
- Oversee product testing and certification efforts to applicable industry and safety standards
- Manage project timelines, priorities, and cross-functional coordination to ensure on-time delivery
- Provide oversight of internal information systems and technical infrastructure in alignment with business needs
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical discipline
- 7–10 years of product development experience, including at least 2–3 years in an engineering leadership or management role
- Experience developing hardware-based products within regulated or standards-driven industries
- Familiarity with relevant safety, telecommunications, or compliance standards
- Proficiency with CAD or electronic design automation tools used in product development
- Strong leadership, communication, and project management skills with the ability to balance strategy and hands-on execution
