Accendo of Washington is seeking to fill a Program Assistant position in our Spokane office. The Program Assistant is a non-exempt human resources/office management position whose primary job function is to assist in the delivery of Instruction and Support services. Primary responsibilities include coordinating and scheduling client program services, employee training and oversight, maintaining and updating client and employee records, and maintaining an overall organized service. The Program Assistant reports to the Program Supervisor.

Required Qualifications for the Program Assistant position: 21 years or older at time of employment; High School Diploma or GED; valid Washington state driver’s license; personal vehicle to use on occasion for work purposes (mileage reimbursement available); proof of auto insurance; and ability to pass a finger print based criminal background check.

Other Employment Qualifications/Requirements for the Program Assistant position: ability to write, review, and edit professional reports and analyze data; possess computer skills that include word processing, spreadsheets, and database experience.

Starting at $24.00 - Max after 4 years $26.00 of employment
