As Senior Corporate Recruiter, you’ll be responsible for building that foundation; sourcing, attracting, and hiring world-class talent across every corner of our business, from Finance and HR to Engineering and Operations. You’ll operate with ownership, managing multiple priorities, partnering with diverse leaders, and ensuring every candidate’s experience reflects Accelevation’s commitment to excellence. You’ll own outcomes such as time-to-fill reduction, quality of hire, and use data and insights to continually improve hiring performance. Your work directly shapes how we scale, hire, and grow. This is an onsite role based out of our Miamisburg office.

- Managing the full-cycle recruiting process across multiple disciplines and departments.
- Partnering closely with hiring managers and the HR team to define needs, develop sourcing strategies, and deliver results.
- Building strong, diverse candidate pipelines using a blend of sourcing tactics and tools.
- Tracking recruiting data, funnel metrics, and KPIs to improve performance and transparency.
- Delivering an exceptional candidate experience that's timely, transparent, and high-touch.
- Collaborating with HR, Finance, and department leaders to ensure alignment and operational efficiency.
- Contributing to, or owning, projects that elevate recruiting processes and systems.
- Leveraging ATS and reporting tools to keep searches organized, measurable, and scalable.
- 5 years of recruiting experience (mix of agency and in-house preferred).
- Proven success managing diverse role types simultaneously (corporate, technical, and operational).
- Strong track record of stakeholder partnership and influence in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
- Excellent time management, prioritization, and follow-up skills.
- Proficiency with ATS platforms and reporting dashboards (Greenhouse, Paycor, Ashby, Lever, or similar).
- Clear, confident communicator both written, and verbal.
- Experience in manufacturing or industrial settings is a plus but not required.
