We are seeking a Senior Corporate Counsel to help design, build, and scale our corporate legal function.Your ImpactAs Senior Corporate Counsel (Corporate Law, Contracts & Governance), you will play a foundational role in shaping Accelevation’s corporate legal framework. Reporting directly to the General Counsel, you will serve as a trusted advisor to senior leadership and business partners across the organization.You will build scalable legal policies, templates, and processes from the ground up while balancing legal risk with Accelevation’s growth objectives in a fast‑paced, high‑growth environment.Your Day-to-Day ResponsibilitiesAdvise and oversee a wide variety of corporate and commercial legal matters, including contracts, business practices, governance, and compliance.Draft, review, and negotiate complex commercial agreements, with particular emphasis on construction contracts, manufacturing agreements, and supply and vendor agreementsDevelop, implement, and maintain corporate policies, contract templates, and legal processes—often from scratch—to support a scaling enterpriseManage corporate governance matters, including entity management, compliance obligations, and board‑related supportServe as the Legal Department point person for mergers, acquisitions, and other strategic corporate transactionsAdvise internal stakeholders across the business on commercial, operational, and strategic legal issuesIdentify legal risks and provide pragmatic, business‑focused solutions aligned with company growth objectivesAssist in the development and refinement of the Company’s ESG initiativesSupport the General Counsel in building, scaling, and strengthening the legal function as the organization expandsManage outside counsel as needed while maintaining an efficient, in‑house, business‑oriented legal approachQualifications & Experience7 years of experience—specifically practicing corporate law—at a law firm and/or in an in‑house legal environment.Strong background overseeing corporate and commercial legal matters on an end‑to‑end basisSignificant experience drafting and negotiating contracts, particularly in construction, manufacturing, and supply chain contextsExperience supporting or managing mergers and acquisitionsPractical experience with corporate governance and policy developmentProven ability to operate independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environmentA juris doctorate (J.D.) degree and active license to practice law (in good standing).The Ideal CandidateThe ideal candidate is a true builder who thrives in high‑growth environments.
