Throughout your experience as an Accelevation intern, you'll receive one-on-one mentorship and valuable opportunities to build your skills and confidence through meaningful, real-world projects that make an impact on the business.
This internship will run for 12-weeks through Spring semester 2026. Expected hours are 20hrs per week, and flexible with your school schedule.
Your Impact
As a Recruiting Intern, you'll gain hands-on experience in the systems and processes that inform the broader discipline of manufacturing recruitment. You will support projects related to applicant tracking system (ATS) optimization, behavioral interviewing, coordination of hiring events, and day-to-day tactical interview scheduling and candidate communication.

Qualifications
- Must be actively enrolled in an undergraduate degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field at an accredited four-year university at the time of the internship.
- Completed at least two years of undergraduate study by the time of the internship.
- Must be able to reliably commute to Miamisburg, OH at least 3-days per week to meet the 20hr/week work requirement.
- Innovative and curious self-starter with a desire to bring new ideas and make a meaningful impact.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment and complete tasks with a sense of urgency.
- Strong interest in talent development and talent acquisition.
- Familiarity with HRIS and applicant tracking systems is a plus.
