We are seeking a candidate to join our powder coat painting team. Experience in warehouse powder coat painting is highly desirable but not required.

Industrial Powder Coat Painter
We are seeking a candidate to join our powder coat painting team. Experience in warehouse powder coat painting is highly desirable but not required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Follow processes and techniques necessary to acquire complete coverage
- Selects correct metal parts according to the shop report
- Prepares appropriate metal hooks and jigging on moving conveyor
- Operate and maintain painting equipment
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work area
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow
- Performs other duties as assigned to support other departments
Skills:
- Proven experience in industrial painting or related field
- Proficiency in materials handling and mechanical knowledge
- Knowledge of different types of paints and finishes
- Experience with electrostatic spraying equipment
- Ability to read and understand work orders
