Powder Coat II - 2nd Shift
The Powder Coat II is responsible for applying powder coating to various metal parts according to specifications. This includes preparing surfaces, mixing and applying powder coating materials, and operating powder coating equipment. The Powder Coat II must ensure that all finished products meet quality standards and adhere to safety regulations.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a Powder Coat II or similar role
- 1-year minimum manual Powder coating experience
- Ability and willing to train entry level powder coaters
- Maintain the quality standard and prevent rework
- Work in fast paced environment with fast changing priorities
- Knowledge of powder coating techniques and equipment
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
- Attention to detail and quality
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Additional duties as assigned
