Your Impact
As a Paint Line General Laborer, you play a critical role in delivering high-quality finished products by preparing surfaces, operating paint line equipment, and ensuring finishes meet specification. Your consistency and attention to detail directly impact product quality, safety, and customer satisfaction.
Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities
Employees must be able to talk and hear, and frequently sit, with occasional standing, walking, reaching, climbing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, and crawling. Regular lifting up to 25 lbs and occasional lifting up to 50 lbs is required. Vision requirements include close vision, color vision, and the ability to adjust focus. Work may involve exposure to moving mechanical parts, airborne particles, chemicals, electrical hazards, and very loud noise levels requiring hearing protection. As a Paint Line General Laborer, you play a critical role in delivering high-quality finished products by preparing surfaces, operating paint line equipment, and ensuring finishes meet specification. Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Prepare surfaces for painting in accordance with established specifications
- Operate paint line equipment to support efficient, high-quality production
- Apply paint to products following defined quality and finish requirements
- Inspect finished products to ensure quality and specification standards are met
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area at all times
- Collaborate with teammates and supervisors to meet daily production goals
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a high-speed or manufacturing environment, preferably in an assembly role
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Ability to read, write, and understand work instructions, safety information, and training materials in English
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs as needed
