- Perform general labor tasks, including site preparation, material handling, and cleanup
- Operate basic hand and power tools as needed
- Work efficiently to meet production goals set by the Foreman, Superintendent, or Production Manager
- Follow safety policies and procedures, ensuring a safe work environment for all crew members
- Participate in job-site safety meetings and company training programs
- Assist with setting up and tearing down equipment as needed
- Maintain and inspect tools, equipment, and job-site cleanliness
- Communicate effectively with operators, truck drivers, and other laborers to coordinate tasks
- Follow instructions from supervisors regarding the daily work schedule and production activities
- Load, unload, and move materials safely on-site
- Ensure traffic control and safety measures are in place before starting work
- Perform all other duties as assigned
- Must have valid drivers license with a clean driving record
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Six months to one year of related experience is preferred but not required
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physically demanding tasks
- Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions
- Strong communication skills and ability to follow directions
- Valid driver's license preferred; must have a clean motor-vehicle record if operating a company vehicle
- Must pass a pre-employment drug and alcohol screening and background check
- Willingness to travel to different job sites as needed, including overnight stays if required
