This role involves managing third-party vendors, contractors, and internal stakeholders to deliver high-quality facility services across a diverse set of sites. The ideal candidate is proactive, organized, and experienced in multi-site facilities management, including launching new facilities from the ground up.

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day operations of facilities across multiple geographic locations
- Manage relationships with contractors, vendors, and service providers to ensure timely and cost-effective maintenance and repairs.
- Coordinate with internal teams (Security, IT, HR, Operations) to ensure facility needs are met.
- Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs and emergency response plans.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
- Monitor facility budgets and optimize costs without compromising quality or safety.
- Maintain accurate records of inspections, permits, and service contracts.
- Lead the planning and execution of new facility launches, including site selection, build-out coordination, and operational readiness.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to define facility requirements and timelines for delivering service internally.
- Oversee construction and renovation projects, ensuring alignment with company standards, budgets, and schedules.
- Establish and manage vendor relationships and service contracts for new sites to ensure seamless startup and ongoing support.
- Develop scalable processes and documentation to support future facility expansions.
- 5 years of experience in facilities management
- Proven experience launching and scaling new facilities or operational sites.
- Strong project management and vendor negotiation skills.
- Familiarity with building systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, security).
- Ability to travel as needed to support facility operations and launches.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Experience with CMMS or facility management systems.
- Experience working in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
