Accelerated Wealth Partners (“AWP”) is a new, private equity–backed investment and partnership platform dedicated to the RIA and CPA wealth management space. Our mission is to partner with leading wealth management firms and provide them with the capital, resources, and strategic support to accelerate both organic and inorganic growth. Unlike larger platforms, AWP is deliberately focused on a small number of partnerships at a time, creating a unique opportunity for meaningful impact.
As one of the early hires, you’ll be joining at the ground floor of a new venture with significant upside for original team members.
Position OverviewAWP is seeking a Business Development Associate / Analyst to drive outbound outreach to RIAs, CPA firms, and other wealth management businesses. This role is all about getting us in front of the right firms—through cold calling, email, LinkedIn, and other creative channels.
We are looking for someone personable, bold, and confident—someone who thrives on building relationships with executives and firm owners, and who isn’t afraid to pick up the phone. You don’t need years of sales experience, but you should know the wealth or asset management industry enough to speak the language and hold your own in a conversation.
This is a unique chance to blend sales, strategy, and private equity exposure—while helping build a new platform from scratch.

- Identify, qualify, and engage RIAs, CPA firms, and other wealth management prospects
- Research target firms and create tailored outreach strategies
- Schedule and coordinate introductory meetings with senior leadership

- Gain exposure to the broader AWP growth model, including M&A and practice management

- Understanding of RIAs, advisors, or the CPA-wealth management channel
- Outgoing, personable, and confident in engaging senior executives
- Strong communication skills—comfortable with phone outreach and in-person conversations
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment
- Bachelor’s degree required
This is more than just a sales role. Associates who perform well will gain exposure to the corporate development and M&A activities that underpin AWP’s model, opening the door to a long-term career in business development, corporate development, or private equity–backed wealth management.
- As an early team member, you’ll help shape the culture and trajectory of the firm—and share in the upside as we grow.
