Role Description The Sales Appointment Setter is a full-time or part-time, on-site and hybrid role based in Pompano Beach, FL. This position is responsible for contacting prospective clients by phone, email, and other channels to qualify leads and schedule sales appointments for the sales team. Daily activities include managing outbound and inbound calls, updating customer and lead information in the CRM, and following up on marketing-generated inquiries to secure meetings. The role also involves coordinating appointment times, confirming details with both clients and sales representatives, and maintaining accurate records of interactions and outcomes. The Sales Appointment Setter collaborates closely with sales and management to support pipeline growth and ensure a professional, positive experience for every contact.

Qualifications
- Strong skills in Setting Appointments and Appointment Scheduling, with the ability to manage calendars and coordinate multiple stakeholders efficiently.
- Experience in Lead Generation, including prospecting, qualifying opportunities, and following up on marketing or referral leads.
- Excellent Communication skills, including clear verbal communication on the phone and professional written communication via email.
- Proven Customer Service abilities, with a focus on building rapport, listening actively, and addressing questions or concerns respectfully.
- Comfort using CRM or contact management systems and basic office software to track leads and appointments.
- Ability to work on-site full time in Pompano Beach, FL or hybrid and collaborate effectively with the sales team.
- Prior experience in sales support, telemarketing, or call center environments is beneficial.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or training in business or communications is a plus.
