- Campaign Execution: Launch and manage paid media campaigns (Meta, Google, TikTok), from setup and audience targeting to copywriting and bidding strategy.
- Performance Optimization: Monitor KPIs, run A/B tests, fine-tune targeting and bidding, and evaluate creative assets to maximize impact.
- Reporting & Insights: Deliver clear, actionable reports with trends and strategic recommendations.
- Cross-Team Collaboration: Partner with content creators, designers, and developers to align campaigns with broader marketing goals.
- Trend Monitoring: Stay ahead of platform updates, tools, and best practices.
- Work on-site or remote: Depending on level of experience.
- Experience running campaigns on Meta, Google, and TikTok Ads (our ideal candidate will have 0-2 years of experience, but we are open to all levels of tenure)
