Now, we're hiring a foundational marketing ops leader to own delivery across Web Development, SEO/Local SEO, and Paid Media.
This Role Is In-Person (Hammond, LA)

This isn’t a corporate, siloed job. You’ll work directly with our senior leadership team to improve, execute, and build marketing systems that scale — with the opportunity to grow into a team leader as we expand.
- You execute hands-on
- You design repeatable playbooks
- You scale with vision and clarity
You’ll lead and execute across:
- Website Development & Launch
- SEO & Local SEO
- Paid Media (PPC: Google/Meta/LSA)
You’ll also be responsible for creating the SOPs and systems that will allow us to eventually hire and delegate each of those departments under your leadership.
Key ResponsibilitiesWebsite Development
- Set up dev environments, staging, and version control
- Build and maintain websites in ModX CMS Using TailwindCSS
- Manage Existing WordPress Websites
- Configure hosting, CDN, SSL, performance, and mobile optimization
- Manage full site launches: DNS, redirects, analytics, QA, and uptime
- Integrate HighLevel, Google Tag Manager, Facebook Pixel, etc.
SEO & Local SEO
- Perform keyword research, on-page optimization, and site audits
- Optimize Google Business Profiles (GBP) for map pack visibility
- Implement schema markup, internal linking, local content strategies
- Track rankings, improve CTR, and create Local SEO SOPs
Paid Media & Tracking
- Build and manage Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Meta Ads, and Local Service Ads
- Set up conversion tracking via GA4, Tag Manager, and CRM/webhooks
- Monitor and optimize campaigns for CPL, ROI, and booked jobs
- Create simple reporting dashboards clients actually understand
Systems & SOPs
- Document your work via Loom Notion for future hires
- Build repeatable systems for fulfillment, QA, and optimization
- Collaborate with CEO on hiring roadmap as we grow
Required Skills & Experience
- 3 years of hands-on digital marketing experience
- Strong web development skills (PHP,MySQL,HTML/CSS/JS)
- Proficient in Google Ads, Meta Ads, and conversion tracking
- Deep knowledge of SEO and Local SEO (on-page GBP optimization)
- Experience launching sites and setting up full analytics stacks
- Familiar with HighLevel or similar CRM/funnel platforms
- A proactive self-starter — you thrive without micromanagement
