About the Opportunity
We are an innovative, high-growth manufacturing company seeking a results-driven Project Manager to lead critical initiatives that bridge product development with large-scale production. This is not a maintenance role—it's a high-impact position where you will be the single point of accountability for driving complex, cross-functional projects from concept through successful launch and scale-up in our manufacturing facilities.

Key Areas of Impact
- Manufacturing Project Leadership: Lead and manage the overall execution of new product introductions (NPI) and manufacturing capability enhancement projects, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to specified quality standards.
- Process Improvement & Efficiency: Champion projects focused on improving production flow, quality assurance, and operational efficiency using Lean and Continuous Improvement methodologies.
- Cross-Functional Orchestration: Act as the central communication hub, coordinating teams across Engineering, Production, Sales, Customer Support, and Quality to ensure clear milestones and shared objectives.
Core Project Responsibilities
You will utilize advanced project management tools and methodologies to drive complex initiatives, including:
- Planning & Execution: Define project scope, goals, and deliverables. Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocation schedules.
- Risk & Documentation: Manage project risks, document change requests, and ensure all project documentation (e.g., control plans, PPAP, FMEA) is completed accurately and on time.
- Performance Reporting: Track and report on key project indicators (KPIs) and provide regular, clear status updates to executive leadership.
- Stakeholder Management: Manage expectations and communication with both internal stakeholders and external partners (suppliers, customers) regarding project progress and material quality specifications.
Your Professional Profile
Experience
Minimum of 5 years of progressive project management experience.
Demonstrated experience successfully leading projects within a manufacturing, fabrication, or heavy production environment.
Compensation package negotiable $90-110K
