1. Implement, maintain, and improve quality policies and programs
2. Responsible for the execution and compliance to quality audits
3. Rigorous oversight into personnel adherence to quality programs and trainings
4. Maintain close relationships with internal personnel which drive performance and collaboration
5. Develop a Vision for the Quality Program
Requirements:
1. Bachelor's Degree, Associate’s or Equivalent work-related in metal manufacturing experience
2. 5 years of demonstrated experience implementing quality programs
3. Strong knowledge of quality manufacturing
4. Excellent communication skills
5. Demonstrated accomplishments leading and developing a quality conscious team
