Production Planner / Scheduler
We are partnering with a growing manufacturing organization to identify a Production Planner / Scheduler to support daily operations and drive efficient production performance.
This role is responsible for developing and maintaining production schedules, aligning materials and capacity with demand, and ensuring on-time order fulfillment. The position works cross-functionally with operations, supply chain, and customer-facing teams to balance priorities, improve workflow, and maintain schedule accuracy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create and manage production schedules based on demand and forecasts
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure materials, labor, and capacity are aligned
- Monitor production progress and adjust schedules as needed
- Maintain accurate data within ERP systems
- Support continuous improvement initiatives across planning and operations
Qualifications:
- 3 years of experience in production planning, scheduling, or manufacturing operations
- Experience working with ERP systems
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
