We are seeking a qualified CAD Drafter to join our Architecture and Engineering (A&E) department at our Kansas City office. This role is essential to our project lifecycle, responsible for the development and accuracy of lease exhibits, zoning drawings, and construction drawings.

Key Responsibilities
- Drafting & Design: Generate high-quality drawings based on client requirements, field sketches, site photography, and aerial mapping.
- Quality Assurance: Participate in peer reviews of fellow designers’ work to maintain rigorous quality control standards.
- Revision Management: Efficiently address drawing comments and updates based on redlines from project managers, engineers, and client feedback.
- File Management: Maintain project files and materials in an orderly, standardized manner according to established company protocols.

Requirements & Qualifications
- Education: Certification or an Associate degree in CAD Design.
- Technical Skills: Proven experience or functional knowledge of AutoCAD.
