About the Role
As the Human Resources Generalist, you will play a key role in supporting the full spectrum of HR functions. This includes full-cycle recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training, compliance, and the overall employee lifecycle. You’ll collaborate daily with leadership and staff to ensure a positive, productive, and compliant workplace.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruitment, ensuring an efficient, positive experience for candidates and hiring managers.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, screen applicants, coordinate interviews, and facilitate hiring decisions and job offers.
- Conduct onboarding activities, including new hire orientations.
- Support employees and managers with HR-related questions, issues, and employee relations concerns.
- Coach managers and staff on HR tools, policies, and procedures to optimize performance and engagement.
- Assist with performance management, development initiatives, and compliance programs.
- Maintain HR data, manage confidential information, and complete ad-hoc reporting and projects.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field.
- 6 years of HR experience within manufacturing.
- Recruiting experience within manufacturing.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HRIS systems.
- Knowledge of ATS systems and HR best practices.
- Outstanding organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work across all levels of the organization.
- Ability to maintain strict confidentiality and work independently.
- Bilingual in Spanish is a plus.
