Key Responsibilities
- Greet and check in/out patients with a welcoming and professional demeanor
- Answer phones, schedule appointments, and manage patient flow
- Verify dental insurance benefits and assist with patient questions regarding coverage
- Collect payments and discuss treatment estimates with patients
- Maintain accurate patient records and chart updates
- Coordinate with clinical staff to ensure smooth daily operations
- Handle general administrative and front office duties as needed
- Provide excellent customer service and support a positive patient experience
- Minimum 6 months experience working in a dental office (required)
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Comfortable with scheduling systems and basic dental terminology
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Professional, reliable, and team-oriented attitude
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
- Prior experience with dental insurance verification and treatment coordination
- Familiarity with dental practice management software
- Previous front desk or dental administrative experience strongly preferred
- Monday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Tuesday: 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM
- Wednesday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Thursday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Friday: 9:00 AM – 2:00 PM
