Compensation: $20.00 per hour
Core Duties- Utilize air tools to generate outside radii effectively.
- Enhance the micro finish within fillet radii through the use of deburring and finishing wheels.
- Help maintain product integrity by eliminating cutter marks from airfoils and fillet radii.
- Restore surfaces by removing belt scratches and machine tool marks, while ensuring proper blends on shrouds, platforms, and airfoils.
- Ensure parts meet quality standards by removing machine marks, checking thickness with gauges, and managing stock removal through appropriate belt grits and wheel durometers.
- Perform repairs on oversize or undersize conditions and adjust radii on small or hard-to-reach components.
- Apply fundamental mathematical skills to daily tasks.
- Verify that components meet all technical specifications by accurately reading gauges.
- Prepare and configure equipment with the correct polishing wheels and belts.
- Possession of a GED or high school diploma.
- Competence in operating pneumatic and hand-held tools.
- Proficiency in basic math.
- Status as a US Person, including citizens or green card holders, or the ability to secure government licensing for controlled technology.
