Responsibilities- Execute comprehensive diagnostic assessments and troubleshooting to resolve mechanical and electrical equipment failures.
- Perform preventative maintenance routines, including lubrication, component replacement, and system inspections to ensure peak performance.
- Operate specialized metalworking machinery such as lathes, drill presses, and grinders to fabricate or restore critical parts.
- Analyze worn components against original factory specifications to determine necessary corrective actions.
- Manage the full service lifecycle by generating accurate repair quotes and documenting job completion through digital service platforms.
- Coordinate with dispatch and management teams to provide real-time status updates and address client concerns effectively.
Required Skills
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
