Responsibilities- Diagnose and resolve complex mechanical and electrical issues in refrigerators, laundry units, dishwashers, and microwave ovens.
- Execute high-quality repairs to restore appliance performance, directly impacting customer comfort and home efficiency.
- Manage inventory of replacement parts and ensure your mobile service unit is organized and fully stocked for daily routes.
- Provide expert recommendations to clients regarding maintenance and system longevity to prevent future failures.
- Deliver a superior service experience by communicating technical findings clearly and professionally to homeowners.
- Maintain rigorous safety standards while performing physical repairs in diverse residential environments.
Required Skills
