• Perform expert diagnostics and repairs on a wide range of appliances, including refrigerators, laundry units, dishwashers, and microwave ovens.
• Ensure optimal system performance by executing precise maintenance and troubleshooting protocols for HVAC/R equipment.
• Deliver a superior service experience by communicating technical findings clearly and recommending effective, long-term solutions to clients.
• Maintain high standards of operational efficiency by managing inventory, parts, and service vehicle maintenance.

Required Skills

• Possession of a valid EPA Type I or Universal Certification for refrigerant handling.
