Responsibilities- Execute complex setups and programming for 5-axis CNC milling equipment to optimize production cycles.
- Interpret intricate engineering blueprints and technical specifications to ensure exact part geometry and compliance.
- Maintain rigorous quality standards by consistently holding tight tolerances across a diverse range of industrial materials.
- Utilize precision measurement instrumentation, including micrometers and bore gauges, to verify component accuracy.
- Drive operational excellence by documenting machining processes and maintaining detailed production logs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional team members to enhance shop floor productivity and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
Required Skills
- 5-7 years of hands-on experience operating and programming Mazak 5-axis CNC mills.
- Advanced proficiency in Mazatrol and G-Code programming environments.
- Demonstrated ability to read and interpret complex technical drawings and specifications.
- Proven track record of maintaining high-precision tolerances in a fast-paced production environment.
