We're looking for a Senior Recruitment Consultant who has experience in the following:
- Helping with the candidate attraction strategy for key clients
- Winning and retaining New Business with clients across the US
- The ability to gain excellent commitment from potential clients and candidates
- Strong candidate management and candidate experience
- A passion for progressing and developing a long-term career in a fast moving sector
Essential experience:
- Proven experience and billings, working as an Experienced Recruitment Consultant within Staffing/Agency setting
- Ideally you have worked recruiting in the Tech Market or similar White Collar roles
- Excellent candidate and client control skills
- Effective relationship-builder, strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong administrative skills – extremely organised
- Team player, but can take on own responsibilities and prioritise workload
- Able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
