Graduate Software Engineer
We’re an AI startup building software that improves how transportation systems operate in real time. Our platform combines machine learning, data infrastructure, and modern software systems to support smarter operational decision-making at scale.
We’re hiring a Graduate Software Engineer to join our engineering team and help build the core systems behind our product. This role is designed for engineers who want to work on technically challenging problems and develop strong systems experience early in their careers.
You’ll work alongside experienced engineers and contribute directly to production systems from the start.
What You’ll Work On
You’ll contribute to the design and development of systems that support real-time, AI-driven decision making.
This may include:
- Building product features using TypeScript (React / Next.js) and Python (FastAPI / Django)
- Designing backend services and APIs that support large-scale data and ML workflows
- Deploying and integrating machine learning models into production environments
- Improving system performance, reliability, and scalability
- Collaborating closely with engineers and product teams to ship features used by real-world operators
What We’re Looking For
We’re looking for engineers with strong fundamentals who want to grow quickly in a collaborative engineering environment.
You may be a good fit if you:
- Are a final-year or recent graduate in Computer Science or a related field
- Have strong foundations in:
- Algorithms and data structures
- Systems design and distributed systems
- Writing reliable, maintainable software
- Have hands-on coding experience through:
- Internships
- Research projects
- Personal or university projects
- Hackathons or open-source work
- Enjoy tackling complex technical problems and learning quickly
- Are comfortable working in a small, collaborative team
- Can work onsite in Denver three days per week
